Terms and Conditions of Use of FomoLock

Welcome to FomoLock. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the FomoLock software (the "Software" or the "Platform"), offered by Freedomcenter Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United States.

By accessing, installing, or using FomoLock, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Software.

1. Description of Service

FomoLock is a risk management software designed for trading traders looking to automate the control of losses, profits, and other critical metrics to protect their capital. The platform allows you to configure automatic blocking rules, display of metrics and alerts according to criteria defined by the user.

FomoLock does not engage in trading, have access to user funds, or offer financial or investment advice.

2. Relationship with Brokers

FomoLock is a standalone tool and is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by any broker, brokerage firm, or trading platform. Use of the Software in conjunction with platforms such as NinjaTrader or others is at the sole responsibility of the user.

Freedomcenter Solutions LLC does not interfere with or intervene in the execution of market operations.

3. Limitation of Liability

The user acknowledges that the use of FomoLock is at his/her own risk.
Freedomcenter Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any financial loss, operational interruption, or any damage, direct or indirect, caused by the use or malfunction of the Software.
The Software does not guarantee profitability nor does it guarantee that the user will avoid losses. It serves only as an auxiliary risk control tool, the effectiveness of which depends on the correct configuration and use by the user.
The user agrees that no functionality of FomoLock is a substitute for personal responsibility to make informed investment decisions.

4. License to Use

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FomoLock in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software.
Use is subject to activation by electronic license managed by Freedomcenter Solutions LLC servers.

5. Updates and Availability

The Software may be updated periodically to add new features, improve stability, or fix bugs.
Freedomcenter Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend partial or total service, with or without notice, for maintenance or technical reasons.

6. Data Privacy and Security

FomoLock may collect non-personal technical information (such as usage logs and configuration parameters) for support, analysis, and continuous improvement purposes.
No financial data, broker login credentials, or sensitive user account information are stored.

7. Fees and Payments

Full access to the Software requires the purchase of a license by electronic payment.
Rates may vary depending on the plan chosen. Freedomcenter Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify prices upon notice to the user.

8. Termination of Service

Freedomcenter Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software in the event of violation of these Terms, misuse, attempted tampering with the system, or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

FomoLock, its source code, interface, branding, and contents are the exclusive property of Freedomcenter Solutions LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

No commercial use, distribution, reproduction or alteration of the Software is authorized without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FomoLock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Freedomcenter Solutions LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or freedom from errors.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts located in the State of Delaware.

12. Modifications to the Terms

Freedomcenter Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modifications will be published on the official website and will come into effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Software after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
